Tie bar replacement kit
Maitlands are pleased to confirm that the new Tie bar replacement kit (TBRK) which is a new structurally proven replacement method for tie bars, will be used on any of our customers roofs where possible.

Please ask for a TBRK on your order and we will confirm if it can be used on your style of conservatory.

New Sales manager
Due to the increase in sales over 2006 Maitlands have taken the step to appoint Jason Yeo as  Sales manager.

Jason is responsible for ensuring our existing customers needs and requirements are  consistently met.

He is also responsible for generating and maintaining new business.

Yes a Maitlands customer can have a new web site designed and ready to be uploaded to the web, this service is  exclusively for our customers.

We are very pleased to now offer our customers 2 types of sound system that can be fitted inside the ridge, each one is fully remote controlled and only the speakers are visible on the ridge undercladding.

We have the Ridge radio that will also connect to any iPod or MP3 player.

Latest production investment

 

Maitlands have recently taken delivery of a new state of the art glazing bar hole punch from Polycut, this machine will punch millimetre perfect holes in the ends of our glazing bars to the exact end prep distance required for each roof.

It is a major step forward in respect of consistency and efficiencies we are the only Ultraframe fabricator to invest in the technology to further enhance our product to our customers.
